This is an agreement between you, the end-user (“Licensee”) and TheAmazingDNT (“Licensor”). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Font Software (“Product”), you are agreeing to and understand the following terms:

Ownership
— Licensor retains all rights to this Product.
— Licensee is granted usage rights only.
— Licensee may credit Licensor but are not required to do.
— Credit, if needed: (Font Name) by TheAmazingDNT.License
— Licensor grants Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Product in either non-commercial or commercial projects (games, websites, graphic design, etc.).Permitted
— Licensee can only modify the Product design/vector outlines in a drawing/graphic design program.
— Licensee can only redistribute if working on a project (games, websites, graphic design, etc.) with the recipient(s). The recipient(s) must agree to this license before the Licensee redistributes the Product to them.Prohibited
— Licensee can not modify the Product files or commission someone else to modify the Product files.
— Licensee can not sell, redistribute, give, repackage, or publish – neither freely or for monetary gain, unless it’s a part of Licensee’s project or to those working on the project.
— If embedding, Licensee can not expose the original Product files.
— Licensee can not use the Product to train, benchmark, validate, or feed any Machine-Learning (ML) or Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or software.
— Licensee can not use the Product in any Crypto or NFT project.
— Licensee can not use the Product for any discriminatory, harmful, or political purposes.Termination
